Ryan went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property. He didn’t rush us but was patient. He helped us consider a lot of things that we might not have thought about. His communication is excellent and helped us during some of our busiest times to stay on track and get things taken care of. He handled all of the bids for repairs. Then, even after the purchase was complete has helped us complete those repairs by meeting contractors at the home and getting payment to them.
